FNB Bill Payment Effective 9/1/07, we have given you more payment power!  As long as you pay at least 1 bill per month, there is no charge for the first 20 payments!  After that, payments are $1.00 each.  If you do not pay any bills and are signed up for the service, there is a $4.95 monthly charge.
